## Author notes / illustrative keys where applicable

1. Check whether a priority change includes a reason and trade-off, rather than measuring how often priorities change.
2. Ask about a recent request for help so support quality can be linked to a specific need.
3. Separate behaviors to retain from behaviors to change; an overall approval rating cannot describe either clearly.
4. Look for feedback that helps the next piece of work, rather than counting how many feedback conversations occurred.
5. Find a decision whose explanation would improve coordination without demanding disclosure of confidential management information.

Interpretation caution: Ask about observable behaviors rather than popularity or personality.
