If nothing was unclear or difficult, say so. Skip questions about steps you did not experience; use not applicable where appropriate. Which behavior helped you collaborate on the task? Where did coordination become difficult? What should we agree before working together again? How clear were shared responsibilities? Which information should be shared earlier? Author notes / illustrative keys where applicable: 1. Anchor helpful behavior to the shared task so the feedback concerns collaboration rather than personality. 2. Identify the point where coordination broke down and allow a no-difficulty answer. 3. Turn a past coordination issue into an agreement that both collaborators can use on the next task. 4. Check whether shared responsibilities were understood; overlapping involvement is not automatically a problem. 5. Find information that arrived after it could help, rather than asking for unrestricted access to every working detail.
