Ask visitors to explain the kiosk purpose before judging the interface. A visitor who expects a complaint form may respond differently from one expecting a short public-space questionnaire. 2. Keep the exact control or instruction the visitor could not use, such as Submit, Skip or a required-answer notice. This separates wording repair from a touch-screen or timeout problem. 3. Identify which handling fact was missing: whether the answer was sent, who receives it, or whether identifying information is requested. Confirm those facts with the operator before changing the notice.
