# Sales demonstration feedback survey

Check whether a demonstration answered a prospect's actual evaluation questions.

If nothing was unclear or difficult, say so. Skip questions about steps you did not experience; use not applicable where appropriate.

## 1. Which question did you want the demonstration to answer?

Answer: ____________________

## 2. Was that question addressed clearly?

Answer: ____________________

## 3. What task would you like to see demonstrated next?

Answer: ____________________

## 4. Which claim needs supporting evidence?

Answer: ____________________

## 5. Who else needs information before a decision?

Answer: ____________________

## Author notes / illustrative keys where applicable

1. Establish the buyer's original question before evaluating the quality of the presentation.
2. Check whether that question was answered, rather than whether the demonstration was impressive.
3. Find a task whose demonstration would resolve remaining uncertainty; avoid repeating the same generic product tour.
4. Invite requests for evidence without assuming a presented claim is already substantiated.
5. Identify the roles still needing information without requesting private stakeholder contact details.

Interpretation caution: Positive demo feedback is not a purchase commitment.
