# Webinar feedback survey questions

Separate content value from the experience of attending online.

If nothing was unclear or difficult, say so. Skip questions about steps you did not experience; use not applicable where appropriate.

## 1. Did the webinar address the question you joined with?

Answer: ____________________

## 2. Was the balance of presentation and questions useful?

Answer: ____________________

## 3. What should a follow-up session cover?

Answer: ____________________

## 4. Could you ask the question you wanted to ask?

Answer: ____________________

## 5. Which resource would help you apply the main idea?

Answer: ____________________

## Author notes / illustrative keys where applicable

1. Compare the attendee's original question with what the session covered rather than asking only for an overall rating.
2. Check whether the balance served the audience's needs; a longer question period is not automatically better.
3. Identify a follow-up subject with a clear unresolved need rather than assuming everyone wants another webinar.
4. Distinguish lack of opportunity from choosing not to ask; silence does not prove that all questions were answered.
5. Find a resource needed to apply the idea while keeping planned use separate from a proven outcome.

Interpretation caution: Recording viewers and live attendees may have different experiences.
